Our Baking Trays are oven safe. Cook pizza on baking tray. If a crispier crust is desired, remove tray the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
For Traditional and Stuffed Crust Bake at 425 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
For Gluten Friendly and Thin Crust Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
Uncooked Pizza may be frozen for up to 90 days.
For Gas Ovens cook at same temps however cook times are lower. For Traditional and Stuffed Crust cook 12-14 minutes. For Gluten Friendly and Thin Crusts cook 11-13 minutes.
For Sides and Deserts Bake at 375 degrees for 8-11 minutes. If cooking with a gas oven reduce cook time by 4 minutes.
Freezing is not recommended for sides and desserts.
For Sandwiches Bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes. For gas ovens 2-4 minutes. Or enjoy them cold!
Freezing sandwiches is not recommended.
